Returns

All returns must be presented with the tags in the original condition with receipt. You may return your items within 14 days of purchasing for full refund.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to the store. We do not send return labels. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive your shipment along with the original packing slip. For damaged items please email mirandaarthur.sanctuary@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All damages must have a photo attached of broken item. Your original payment method will be used to refund you or store credit will be issued.
